A Millennial Leader is Husein Shamshudin’s leadership blog with the goal of sharing anecdotes, experiences, and insights of his leadership journey through the corporate world.  As a Millennial his perspectives are often different than more established leaders, yet as workforce demographics shift these perspectives are becoming increasingly relevant.

Husein has a Bachelor of Engineering & Management from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and is currently working at IBM as the Product Leader, AI and Data for IBM’s Power business unit. Some of his prior roles include leading Product Management for IBM’s code assistant portfolio, Integration Executive for IBM’s acquisition of Ahana, and Chief of Staff for the Vice President of Development of IBM’s Data and AI segment.
